State Requirements

 

Salesperson License

* Must be 18 years of age

* Complete and pass the Approved Real Estate Salesperson Course

* Pass the State Salesperson Licensing Exam

 

Broker License

* Must be 18 years of age

* Complete and pass the Approved Real Estate Salesperson Course and Exam

* Must be an active licensed Salesperson in Indiana for one year prior to applying for Broker License

*Complete and pass the Approved Real Estate Broker Course

* Pass the State Broker Licensing Exam
